[opensuse-kde] update kdevelop for in backports repo

Hi, If someone has the chance, I'd like to request that the kdevelop3 package in the KDE Backports repo be updated with the patch from r780036. Without it, none of the build messages show up in the output view window, which is quite inconvenient.
