Konqueror does still exist and provides those features :) Konquror has 'no memory' atm.
Which means? It crashes? Perhaps that should be fixed ? :)
And i hate to start every session with a 'new' app. I like intuitive apps, especialy filemanagers. They adapt to my needs, perfect. They do not, i donot use them.
So you're saying that you like the intuitiveness of dolphin, but miss the features you mentioned? Okay, that makes more sense then. I just didn't see how "history" matched in the requirements of a file browser so far.
But what were you actualy trying to say? That i have to use konqueror?
That you can use konqueror.
Why there is dolphin than?
The long term goal is to make Konqueror become really good as a browsing shell, and Dolphin as a management shell (files and documents). However, both is possible with either application, after all they're just using the same code anyway. We're not trying to repeat the "one size fits all" mistake we did before, therefore there are two applications. -- RPMLINT information under http://en.opensuse.org/Packaging/RpmLint --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
