How to changing between active/passive FTP in Konq

      I tried searching the SUSE Help and Google, but I didn't find any answer - 
maybe I didn't look in the right way -

First, does Konqueror (3.42 with SUSE 10 GM) use active or passive mode during 
FTP?

Second, how do I change the mode to be used? I didn't see anything under 
Configure Konqueror.

Thanks, and please don't hit too hard if this is a stupid question.
