You should probably use http://bugs.kde.org and file these as requests
for enhancements for KDEPIM. Or, at least send them to
kdepim-users@kde.org mailing list. I do not think many KDE PIM
developers read this mailing list.

Dear List, I just recently started to use Kalarm (part of KDE-PIM) and I find it useful but still quite primitive...
I think it would be more beneficial to implement a closer integration between KAlarm and Kmail and Korganizer. I'm my mind the following are the mail requested features of such an integration:
- when scheduling a mail, it will be usefull to be able to select the sender id by chosing one of the personalities in kmail - when scheduling a mail (or an event), it will be usefull to be able to chose if you want to find it also in Kmail (for example as sent item), or in korganizer (for example for a scheduled mail linked to a birthday) - it will be usefull to schedule an e-mail from Kmail (which automatically invoke kalarm) - it will be usefull to be able to select a draft message and schedule its possible delivery time
I don't see those features as technicall complex, but they will provide a better user experience.
What is your opinion on this? For those that see this as usefull, I opened a whishlist item in bugs.kde.org. You can post your comment in http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90315
regards, Timur
