In the box titled "Command", there is already the line "kfmclient openProfile webbrowsing" (without the quotes). I change this to "kfmclient openProfile A_profile" (without the quotes). A_profile is the profile I want Konqueror to automatically load on being launched. 5. Click Apply and close the menu editor. I think that this set of operations is equivalent to your advice.
