Hey, I've been using the SuSE RPMs for KDE 3 since the first release, and keeping up with new builds when posted on the SuSE FTP. I recently added the new builds kdelibs3 and qt3, put on the FTP server June 4th and June 1st respectively. On startup the next day, I found anti-aliasing was gone. I checked the KDE control center, and it was marked for anti-aliasing. It had also worked fine from the first KDE3 builds and on up until I "upgraded" the builds on the two previously mentioned RPMs. I tried turning anti-aliasing off, and back on, using the control center "just in case" but to no avail. I've done nothing else to my system this month, so it had to be one of those two RPMs. Questions are: 1) Which one would be causing this? 2) Any way to get a previous RPM build for 7.3 for the offending RPM? The previous ones worked fine. Or any chance we'll see a new build to fix this? Otherwise, is there a way for me to get anti-aliasing working again in KDE? Using: SuSE 7.3 Pro XFree86 4.2 (latest builds from SuSE FTP) KDE 3.0.1 (latest builds from SuSE FTP) And I'm using the latest updates available from Online Update on all other programs.
