If this is the case, the driver is not being loaded at boot. The panel will give the driver activation command as modprobe <drivername> - if you enter this at the command line it will activate the driver and the network card, but of course this doesn't solve the problem. The solution is: As root, open the file /etc/sysconfig/kernel in a text editor. Add the line: MODULES_LOADED_ON_BOOT="<drivername>" Save the file, and when you reboot the driver should load. This file is used by one of the bootscripts in /etc/init.d, which uses the modprobe command on the modules listed here. An alternative would be to add the activation command to /etc/init.d/boot.local ということなので、 MODULES_LOADED_ON_BOOT="via-via_rhine" とすれば、もしかしたら.....???
