Ever since the update to GNOME 3.20 a few weeks ago, the touchpad on my notebook (Lenovo T series) regularly interferes when I am typing, moving the pointer (and hence input focus) to random locations.
I'm running Tumbleweed on one ThinkPad and Fedora Rawhide on another. On Rawhide I've been experiencing 3.20 for over six months, and I'm told it's this bug on Wayland (or to remove the Synaptics driver on X): https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=765879 In my case, I need the touchpad disabled, so I always left it set that way. When it came back on by itself with the installation of 3.20, I reached for the Mouse & Touchpad control panel to find, not just a missing checkbox, but no Touchpad section at all.
