Feature changed by: Alvise Z (alvise_cav) Feature #308390, revision 4 Title: Keyboard and Wireless configuration in LiveCDs openSUSE-11.3: Unconfirmed Priority Requester: Desirable + openSUSE-11.4: Unconfirmed + Priority + Requester: Important Requested by: Alvise Z (alvise_cav) Description: LiveCDs (and LiveUSBs) are extremely nice features for showing and promoting openSuse. Everything is configured automatically in order for the user to have a usable desktop as quickly as possible. However, keyboard and (to a lesser extent) wireless are mandatory devices that need manual configuration. During the boot process of those Live installs there should be a window for configuring those devices. Or at least on the desktop there should be easily recognisable icons for this configuration. Discussion: #1: Isaak Malik (earthmind) (2010-07-16 14:17:12) I completely agree. There should at least be a Keyboard layout configuration option in the DOS start screen, just like Ubuntu has. Please, this is a matter of life and death! -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/308390
