Why hide features away when it better can be done from a UI window? Direct openSUSE issues: 1) GRUB, possible to change GRUP images from a simple KDE interface without need to fumble with konsole. 2) Bootsplash, possible to change bootsplash images from a simple KDE interface and also see if changes done acutally works (a preview without rebooting).
