[opensuse-factory] New package dracula-gtk-theme on the way to Factory

Hello Geekos, I have packaged Dracula Gtk theme and it is on the way to Factory and Tumbleweed. The theme supports GTK environments such as GNOME, Xfce, Mate, Cinnamon, Pantheon but should also support KDE Plasma.
