I don't know. They must be using some other configuration method instead of the "standard". This method works with command line utilities, and with Gnome or XFCE apps. With KDE tools it worked in the past. You could run "env | less" in konsole and see if there is some other language variable that we could set. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
