Indeed, the plplot manitainer disabled that library in December, but missed to remove the dependency on that library. It's a bit surpridsing that our bot did not see this as being uninstallable in the end. But as it's so long ago, I'm not sure we can still fully debug the reason for that. In any case, I created https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/769908 for the devel pkg maintainer to consider, that would address this issue. Cheers Dominique
