No it doesn't. It shows that people (me, at least) use TW on old hardware.

And it's getting more with the number of alternatives declining...

From the "big" distributions, besides TW only Debian is left (AFAIK), hence
the scale of "manual work vs. convenience setup" is covered at both ends ;-)
