Dear Tumbleweed users and hackers, This week it has been another three snapshots released upon the users. There were some updates, as usual, and a larger stack has been removed from Tumbleweed, after weeks of preparation. The three snapshots released were 1018, 1022 and 1023. The main changes in those three snapshots include: * GNOME 3.34.1 * Linux kernel 5.3.6 * Libreoffice 6.3.3.1 (GTK2 interface disabled) * XEN 4.13.0 * Qt4/KDE4 has been removed from the distro * Kubernetes 1.16 The upcoming snapshots will bring you these things: * Mesa 19.2 * Linux kernel 5.3.7 * openssl 1.1.1d: breaks nodejs8, nodejs10 and python3 * More work to support /usr/etc * LLVM 9.0 as the default when using llvm * openssh 8.1 Cheers, Dominique
