cleanup routines in case of an error (bsc#1151630)

Something is seriously wrong with tcsh after the update. It doesn't
start up correctly, specifically it seems to bail out at the end of any
sourced files (the script sourcing the files does not continue). I've
copied the previous tcsh executable from my other box and things start
working again, so that tcsh-6.18.01-history-stderror-jmp.patch is likely
dodgy (it seems that was the only change made to the package).

I was about to enter it into Bugzilla, but I got beaten to it:

I have added a comment there

Regards,
Achim.
