Suspend to RAM is suddenly working since disabling SecureBoot in BIOS. Looks like a BIOS bug.

Yes, I meant S3. Sorry. I looked at the wrong lines in the journal. The system should wake up but the Dell BIOS logo is the first thing visible and rebooting the system. Will analyze further.
