[opensuse-factory] What is the process to triguer builds of TW

.I noticed today in OBS that * TW PowerPC project do not have pending builds, and ttm is reporting new_snapshot 20180904 same as current_snapshot. * for TW project, ttm is reporting new_snapshot 20180905 same as current_snapshot. What is the process to trigger a new snapshot for openSUSE:Factory and it's subprojects openSUSE:Factory:ARM and openSUSE:Factory:PowerPC ?
