It is insserv-compat

if there isn't any package you
use that still mistakenly depends on it, nothing should use this stuff
at all anymore.

systemd-insserv-generator is part of systemd. I claim that this is a bug
in generator - it should not mix facility names with service names.
$named is *not* the same as plain named.
