When you reply to report some issues, make sure to change the subject.
It is not helpful to keep the release announcement subject in a thread

- Add opengl-Bail-if-cached-shader-fails-to-load.patch:
Fixing broken OpenGL rendering with cached shaders.
This is especially systems with Mesa 18.0.0 or newer.
Many thanks to Michal Srb and Fabian Vogt for hunting this down.
This was truly a joint effort.
Fixes boo#1080578 and all duplicates of boo#1079465.

This was the fix already available in :Update, which was addressing the
shader issues in combination with Mesa.

Since this is now part of the snapshot, the package has been removed
from the Update channel again.

It's in the nature of the setup that this 'equal' to a downgrade, when
it comes to the release counter - but there is nothing to worry.
The package libqt5-qtbase-5.10.0-5.1 from the openSUSE Tumbleweed repo
has the fix.
