/dev/sda2 13G 8,1G 4,2G 66% / /dev/sda2 13G 8,1G 4,2G 66% /.snapshots ... 4.2G should be about enough, no? . With BTRFS /, probably not without doing some snapshot reconfiguration and/or removing unneeded old kernels.
'Basically' it was a new installation before as well. After removing some snapshots it showed even less free space (4.0G) It installed some more packages until the error came up again, and then - surprise - the option 'retry' installed the remaining packages. So it looks like a temporary space usage problem... @Carlos - thanks for the hint.
