[opensuse-factory] Sqlitebrowser 3.8.0-1.2 in tumbleweed still ask for libqcustomplot.so

Hi all, I downloaded the source and found that libqcustomplot source are included. I force the installation but seems the packager splitted the program executable and the libs, so I got errors about libs missing, the ones in libs subdir of the sqlitebrowser source.
