I hereby would like to announce the publication of openqa_review - my openQA review helper script It lives in https://github.com/okurz/openqa_review Working with openQA in the last months and reviewing the status of builds and tests I developed openqa_review, a python program. openqa_review parses the webpages offered e.g. on openqa.opensuse.org and tries to extract the current status of builds compared to previous ones and generates a nicely formatted Markdown document as output which can be either read directly or put into the comment fields on openQA itself. I use this program mainly to review the status on the SUSE internal openQA instance so it has been more tested with this configuration. It should therefore be mainly useful for all SUSE QA workers reviewing the daily status on our openQA instance. I only slightly crosschecked compatibility with the current status on openqa.opensuse.org. As I think this might be of help and for easier maintenance and collaboration I put it on github for everybody interested to take a look, experiment, share and contribute. It might have some rough edges but at least the tests provide a 100% coverage :-) Feel free to respond back to me with feedback (okurz in #opensuse-factory on freenode or by email) or open issues on github. Thanks go to Dario Maiocchi and Matthias Griessmeier for internal Alpha- Testing and Richard Brown for his support.
