This log is malformed (proper line ends are lost) and
Yes, a fix for that is on the way.
goes up apparently to the beginning of changelog. Is it a problem of this specific package? Something to fix in grub2?
Again a case of someone manually editing the .changes file. Have close look and guess what's wrong: https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:Factory/grub2/grub2.ch... . . . .
Nov 28 2015 was a Saturday. changelog2spec creatively interprets that as a date in 2028. For some reason that fictional date changed between the last snapshots. So comparing the changelog timestamps didn't work anymore. Maybe I need to put a limit on the number of changelog entries to display in order to catch such cases. I'd guess it's that there is no month called "Mon" and the parse function returns a bogus value.
