It uses the fonts set in "Configure Desktop" (systemsettings5).
The displays of some pages of information can be different e.g. Device Information/Interrupts seems to be the main culprit for being different to all others.
Most text is shown in the standard "General" font, but some pages use the "Fixed width" font. Device Information/Interrupts in particular (and I think it's actually the only one...) uses the latter, as it just displays the content of /proc/interrupts directly without modification AFAIK, i.e. it just displays the output of "cat /proc/interrupts" so to say. Using a proportional font would completely break the layout in this case...
