no. But if you know the names (or use the javascript-based search links) you can still get information about it. e.g. https://maintainer.zq1.de/libwww-perl https://maintainer.zq1.de/perl-libwww-perl and if you use the apt-get or aptitude wrapper on openSUSE-Tumbleweed, it can map many Debian package names to openSUSE ones, so that you can use (via copy-paste) many HowTos that were written for Debian or Ubuntu.
