It's basically just a flipped version of the registered trademark for Terracycle. https://www.terracycle.com/ Plus, there are similar corporate colors and even sort of similar theme (recycling keeps things moving forward/renewed). However, it is a different industry, so depending on their trademark status, may be different enough.
Nah depends on country but here it should not be possible to dispute it because we actually use different color of the logo, weight, and it is quite hard to actually patent or trademark infinity with arrows. [1] I've seen it even on some stuff at my uni.
