[opensuse-factory] Possible trademark violation with new Tumbleweed Logo

Since I saw that it's being used more officially now than just the mockups for the new page (and selling merchandise), there is a potential trademark issue with the new TW logo. It's basically just a flipped version of the registered trademark for Terracycle. https://www.terracycle.com/ Plus, there are similar corporate colors and even sort of similar theme (recycling keeps things moving forward/renewed). However, it is a different industry, so depending on their trademark status, may be different enough.
