one thing i don't understand why not make it simple?
i mean why can't we call it opensuse leap 12.1 or 12v1? (12 its SLE version and .1 its service pack 1)
that way people who want to move to opensuse leap will easily understand the meaning of the numbers.
Imaginary conversation Bob "I run suse 12.1" Jill "SUSE Linux Enterprise 12.1?" Bob "No" Jill "openSUSE 12.1?" Bob "Yes" Jill "openSUSE Leap 12.1, or openSUSE 12.1?" Bob "Eh? I dunno.." Imaginary conversation #2 Jill "I run SUSE 42.1" Bob "Oh, a Leap user! You're cool! Fancy a coffee?" The decided name/number is simple enough, the Board wont be changing it's mind. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
