[opensuse-factory] Works! Dracut Patch wrt fsck after pre-mount

      A big "Thank You" to Andrei Borzenkov for his work on:

0165-Order-root-fsck-after-pre-mount.patch

Now TW / Factory / OSS 13.2 work as expected during
wakeup after hibernate (suspend to disk).

Now I have 'just' to find the time to do the upgrade
on the main box.
