For instance: will nvidia drivers and vmware keep working on TW during its lifetime? Unless things have changed much, it was not recommended.
Not only that. Not everybody that would test a beta is on this list.

I think it should be there somewhere. You get a suggestion to use TW if you click development version, but isn't a rolling release adequate for regular users as well?
Define "regular users". I have seen a few time when updating Tw got somewhat "hairy" but I do not run vanilla Tw.
