What this is apparently about in reality is openSUSE is being dragged by decisions optimized for SLE12, where there will be no 32 bit offering at all, plus the usual explanation for dropping support for older hardware, dwindling supply of older hardware in the hands of those that do the work.
Well.. it is true that things will be working already if a new SLE release were to support x86 32 bit.. this is just economics 101, remove profit motive and things start going downhill..no rocket science. While I personally believe that no x86 32 bit releases should be made anymore and that all this bugs should be marked as won't fix..my opinion is not the project's. You just need to find someone interested in fixing the problems you are seeing. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
