That's EUCLEAN; quick search suggests it may be returned by several filesystems incuding btrfs and xfs. In any case it likely implies filesystem corruption (at least, from driver point of view). Ah, OK, so it only affects me. I had a filesystem corruption a few days back, the first time ever on XFS (and I started to use XFS long time before it became popular...), but it worked fine after xfs_repair ever since.
