[opensuse-factory] new source_validator fails to cope with signatures

RQ 236596 is blocked. Output of check script: Source validator failed. Try "osc service localrun source_validator" gpg: cannot open `/dev/tty': No such device or address (E) signature libHX/libHX-3.21.tar.asc does not validate - package has baselibs.conf: (unchanged) Of course it validates provided the script did the decompression as it should. This also affects Base:System/kmod and a handful of other packages that sign the tar rather than the compressed archive.
