Before the installation i had to change the CMOS battery and the BIOS was reset. And I forgot to disable the non-existing floppy in BIOS. When the installer searched for existing linux partitions , it did try to access block 0 of /dev/fd0 and the search needed more than 5 minutes to complete (with disabled floppy its needs only a few seconds)
