I was most interested in the change that shows the installation progress more nicely if you download packages in advance. That's been treated as a feature request and apparently not cherry-picked back into 1.7.x. The "real" bugfixes should all be there from what I can see. As I said, if it is making too much trouble, I'll wait for the 12.3 release.
