If you remain current in Tumbleweed (which *should* be a given), users of hp products with hplip/hpijs need updating which is not provided by the *regular* Tumbleweed repos, add:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Printing/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/Print...
and your hp-toolbox will again work properly.
