Hello all,
I'm using Tumbleweed and Packman Tumbleweed. However, on a number of package selections I keep getting an error referring to libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.15).
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Example
#### YaST2 conflicts list - generated 2012-07-26 21:08:26 ####
needed by xvidcap-1.1.7-7.15.x86_64
[ ] break xvidcap-1.1.7-7.15.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
[ ] do not install xvidcap-1.1.7-7.15.x86_64
#### YaST2 conflicts list END ###
To get around this I must disable Packman Tumbleweed and enable the Packman for openSUSE 12.1.
What happens if you disable packman entirely? This sounds like a packman issue, right? Why not ask on their mailing list instead of here as there's not much we can do about packman here :(
Actually Packman now has a bug tracker -> https://bugs.links2linux.org/

I will.
But first double check you are really using Packman Tumbleweed and not Packman 12.2. Unless something is very wrong with the repo metadata generation the problem is in your side. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
