Hi,
Is it possible to add these two patches to kernel 2.6.39 in Kernel:stable ?

These patches solve rendering corruption/crashes with radeon driver on
evergreen+ asic( apu that ships on AMD Zacate/Lano cpu).
I already tested them in a local repository and can ensure they work on my netbook :

Why not work with the upstream developers to get them into the .39-stable kernel releases, so they will trickle automatically into Kernel:stable for us, and for all other distros and community members who use the kernel.org releases?

The -stable tree is post-release and accounts for the 2.6.39.x numbering. -Jeff -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
