Well, since Tumbleweed is for stable software only, it has to be taboo as
long as NM 0.9
is still in pre-release state.

No, there's no such "rule" as long as the package maintainer feels it is
acceptable to be in.

As a side note: NM 0.8.4 was released the day before yesterday as final
version. That
could be put into Tumbleweed IMO.

Is it packaged anywhere in FACTORY, or are the developers just working
on the 0.9 release (hint, I think it's the later).
