OK, the device does have a mass storage interface, which isn't capable of runtime power management at present. You need to unbind the storage driver from it to do power management.
Thanks for wonderful helps lately. I think it should not happen in later versions of openSUSE as it was never found such an issue in its earlier versions. So this is now important to file a bug (related to kernel?). Before filling a bug, I will also try if fresh-install will auto-magically solve this problem.. =) Best regards, -- Andi Sugandi.
