Hi everybody,
Lately I observe that zypper and yast try to install (as recommended) kernel-default on my system. I currently run kernel-desktop, at the latest version as published in Factory.
How can I find out what tries to pull in kernel-default?
"zypper inr" only tells me it wants to install it, but not why. zypper inr --debug-solver creates some nice nifty xml and .gz files, but I seem not able to look for the right things there :)
any pointers are appreciated.

One of the gz files will contain something like (I checked why evolution- pilot got installed): <recommends> <dep name='gnome-bluetooth' /> <dep name='seahorse' /> <dep name='vino' /> <dep name='dasher' /> <dep name='deskbar-applet' /> <dep name='gnome-user-share' /> <dep name='alacarte' /> <dep name='gftp' /> <dep name='multisync-gui' /> <dep name='evolution-pilot' /> <dep name='libopensync-plugin-file' /> </recommends> So, scrolling up a few lines showed me the culprit. Can you make a tar ball of the directory available?
