Hi all.
I noticed in M7 that QT software management has option "Allow change vendor". This option but is missing in GTK software management. And on the other side, GTK has check/uncheck box "Close window when done", where i can set whether software management is closed after installation/removing packages. And this is missing in QT software management. QT it´s always closed by default. There is no option in QT software management to set this behaviour. Will be added these missing features? Now Qt and GTK software managements are totally different apps. Not only they look different, but they have different functions as well.

I think one major problem with working on improving any of the two interfaces is not having a set of common milestones or any sort of roadmap for the software management module alone. This time the yast2-gtk developer put in lots of time behind improving the interface and adding various features from openFATE filed against it, but I agree that this 'vendor change' thing was missed. Anyway, hope this can be added into the next openSUSE version. Please do keep writing about the specific things you miss in the gtk and qt interfaces. It will be nice if we can have a wiki page or something that outlines the common roadmap objectives of the software module interfaces.
