False. You can write YaST-based apps which can use Qt or GTK, depending
on your system, without requiring to install both at once.

As far as I know, at least part of the other system of libraries is installed.


So current situation is wrong, because it's ok that control centers can
differ, but apps should look the same, regardless the GUI library
they're using right now.
