It doesn't say that it cannot be found, it says that it cannot be "provided", meaning it cannot be installed due to some of its dependencies. It can be installed if you allow the removal of some packages, that's what solution 1 offers.
Mmmm... But it is weird, going from M7 to M8 or thereabouts, no? There should not be new packages to install. None that I requested, that is, all automatic. "up" and "dup" were different this time.
