Why are you handicapping yourself by using onboard Intel stuff, for god's sake?! My mb uses some built-in chip but I wouldn't trust it less than I trust the banks and the government. If you want performance then using a card, specifically designed for the job, is what I have always used. Heck, you wouldn't want a handy-man to service the automatic transmission on your car?
