List, I was retiring from a good weekend of Beta 5 evaluation to get ready for work tomorrow and I went to reboot the Beta 5 machine to bring up my normal 11.0 install and I got that damb grub error 17 again. Somehow the 11.1 install borked grub and now 11.0 won't boot. So this doesn't get confusing, the 11.1 install has the hostname "arete" and the 11.0 install had/(hopefully has) the hostname "ecstasy". I use separate hostnames on separate install to keep from having to redo ~/.ssh/known_hosts for ssh use. The grub menu.lst on 11.1 is: # Modified by YaST2. Do I have to modify grub/menu.lst on 11.1 or can I use yast in 11.1 and tell it to put the boot loader back on the RAID 1 drives? How is the best way to handle this? -- David C.
