Well, Hungary is not that small either, but I almost exclusively click on Uzghorod, which seems to be in Hungary too on the map. That is in a neighbor country for almost 90 years now... The world map seems to be just an overview, and only the detailed map seems to work for exact locations.
You guys can be happy not to live in Vatican city :) Seriously, the map maps the coordinates to the closest country. If both are similiarly close, the first in the list wins.
