Installed 11.0 beta 3, kde, 64-bit and then ran then updater. When I did that I rebooted and not it says "file not found" right after selecting to boot SuSE.
FWIW normally after a kernel upgrade it will show both the new and old kernel version in the list but not in this case I only have "openSUSE 11.0," "Windows," and "OpenSuSE 11.0 Failsafe"
rm /.buildenv and call mkinitrd
Except the issue is GRUB says "file not found" so I can't do *ANYTHING* with the system. Or are you saying I should re-install and run those commands before I reboot? In that case why doesn't the update package call mkinitrd? --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
