* Handling of dropped packages:
Problem: packages move to BuildService or other product, adding obsolotes makes it difficult to install these packages.
Real problem: Package renames which miss one case, e.g. -32bit + devel split.
HI, Are dropped packages?:) Is a list of them? We had an autogenerated list in the past, but I can not find it atm. But lately "dropped" means often: moved from Factory to some build service

Who decides which package will be dropped? The packager of that package with quite some people having a veto right.
